Investments in the Belt and Road Initiative and the Gwadar Port are the subject of this research. In recent years, China has increased its bilateral, regional, and international investment activity. Central Asia is strategically important due to its proximity to oil reserves and the ancient silk road, both of which are contested territories among global powers.
