Abstract

Currently there are a large number of neonatal resuscitation courses that are being conducted in Pakistan with no regulation on their quality or content. Recognizing this Pakistan Pediatric Association formed Neonatal Resuscitation Council and tasked it to develop templates of minimum requirements for basic and advanced neonatal resuscitation courses.
This article presents the process of evidence-based development of minimum basic and advanced requirements for neonatal resuscitation courses in Pakistan.
