Abstract

A 60 year old male presented with unremitting complaints of acute urinary retention andconstipation. Computerized Tomography of the abdomen and pelvis confirmed a sacral mass. Thebiopsy diagnosed dedifferentiated sacral chordoma; an extremely rare entity, seldom reported andfrequently misdiagnosed.
