Abstract

This article examines some of the objections to Urdu script.Urdu script in its nature is Perso-Arabic script.It has the same advantages and disadvantages as in these scripts.However, unlike Perso-Arabic script ,Urdu script is objected by highlighting its  drawbacks  and changes are suggested.In fact,the script  of any language in the world is not complete and flawless in its structure.Even the International Phonetic script ,which experts claim to cover the sound of all languages,is also not complete in structure.As one tries to complete it,the number of letters and symbols increases.No script can accurately translate pronunciation,and even if the problem of pronunciation is solvesd ,it is impossible to show the variety and differences of accent. Urdu script is not in the early and formative stages, so any change in it at this stage in nothing but chaos.
