The companions of the holly prophet prescribed and used it in their daily life trades as well as in important dealings. One can find it in jurisprudence’s book they proved it as a reliable source in business institutes, dealings Mortgage play an important role in current era’s all Islamic financial institute. They use it in their daily dealings. Mortgage is recognized as a symbol of most important, greatness the living nation and civilized society. It is proved IJMA, QIYAS Etc.
