This article presents a Sensory study of Premchand's famous short story "Kafan". How man disregards the closest relation to satisfy his hunger and how a woman sees relationships as worthless. How man is more brutal than beasts for his gluttony. How does a person turn away from social and religious values ​​after moral decline? How the exploitative system of the West leads to indifference among the people of other society. "Kafan" is a unique example of the exploitation of women by the husband.
