Opening Ceremony of Pakistan Navy Maritime Exercise SEA SPARK 2020 held at Karachi. Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbasi was Chief Guest. The Biennial Exercise is aimed to validate war preparedness and operational plans vis-a-vis reg & global challenges. PMSA, Pak Army, PAF & Civil authorities will also participate in Exercise
