Description

1. I find myself extremely disturbed whenever I see a certain person in a masjid who had an illicit relationship with my wife. It is to such an extent that my prayers (نمازیں) are being affected by it. Please advice what to do?
میری اہلیہ کسی غلط کام میں تھیں اور وہ شخص جسکے ساتھ انہوں نے خود اقرار کیا ہے مسجد میں نماز پڑھنے آتا ہے۔ میں جب اُسے دیکھتا ہوں تو مجھے شدید پریشانی اور تکلیف ہوتی ہے ، نماز بھی متاثر ہو رہی ہے۔ اس سلسلے میں کیا کرنا چاہیے؟

2. (7.31) One of my friend works in the Forest Department where all the bribe money received is distributed throughout the department, in which he gets his share too. Upon speaking to him, he agreed to abstain from it. What course of action should he take in order to avoid any part in it?
ایک عزیز جنگلات کے محکمے میں ملازم ہیں اور ایک سال سے وہاں سے حرام کی کمائی کھا رہے ہیں۔ انہیں منع کیا ہے اور وہ راضی ہوگئے ہیں۔ مگر جو پیسہ آتا ہے وہ ہر مہینے نیچے سے اوپر تک بٹتا ہے ، وہ اسکو بھی لیتے ہیں۔ انکو کیا کام کرنا چاہیے کہ اس سے جان چٹھ جائے؟

3. (9.21) What is the ruling of these pause symbols, لا Lä and قِف Qif, during the recitation of Quran Kareem?
لا اور قِف جہاں قرآن کریم کی تلاوت کے دوران آئے وہاں کیا کرنا چاہیے؟

4. (10.07) Please explain the following hadith narrated by Sayyidina Abu Huraira رضى الله عنه in Sahih Bukhari:
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "A pious slave gets a double reward." Sayyidina Abu Huraira رضى الله عنه added: By Him in Whose Hands my soul is but for Jihad (i.e. holy battles), Hajj, and my duty to serve my mother, I would have loved to die as a slave.
صحیح بخاری کی مندرجہ ذیل حدیث کی تشریح بیان فرمائیں؛
حضرت ابو ہریرہ رضى الله عنه نے کہا کہ سیدنا رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا کہ "غلام کیلئے دوہرا اجر ہے ، اور میری جان جسکے قبضے میں ہے اسکی قسم کھاتا ہوں کہ اگر جہاد ، حج اور والدہ صاحبہ کی خدمت نہ ہوتی تو میں پسند کرتا کہ غلامی کی حالت میں مروں."

5. (17.50) Is it permissible for an Imam to stand in between the followers (مقتدیوں) to lead a prayer?
کیا امام مقتدیوں کے درمیان کھڑا ہو کر نماز پڑھا سکتا ہے؟

6. (23.45) Is it permissible to talk in between Sunan and Faräiz?
کیا سنن اور فرائض کے درمیان باتیں کرنا جائز ہے؟

7. (24.14) Is it permissible to pray Taraweeh while sitting?
کیا تراویح کو بیٹھ کر پڑھنا جائز ہے؟

8. (24.48) Where should we keep our eyes during جلسہ Jalsah?
دونوں سجدوں کے درمیان نظر کہاں ہونی چاہیے؟

9. (24.55) What is the correct way to recite this dua, وَقُل رَّبِّ اغْفِرْ وَارْحَمْ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الرَّاحِمِينَ , with or without قل Qul?
قرآن کریم کی دعا "وقل رب اغفر وارحم وأنت خير الراحمين" کو کیسے پڑھنا چاہیے؟

10. (25.47) What is the ruling of distributing bloodmoney دیّت in Shariah? Will the wife get a share in bloodmoney if her husband is killed? Is it true that Sayyidina Umar رضى الله عنه forbade to give share in bloodmoney to a wife of a person who was killed?
شریعت میں دیّت کی رقم کو کیسے تقسیم کیا جائے گا؟ اگر شوہر قتل ہو جائے تو کیا دیّت کی رقم میں اسکی بیوی کا حصہ ہے؟ اور کیا یہ درست ہے کہ سیدنا عمر رضى الله عنه نے کسی شخص کے قتل پر اُسکی بیوی کو دیّت کی رقم میں حصہ دینے سے منع فرما دیا تھا؟
