Description

1. I had been giving Zakat to a lady for quite sometime and now I have come to know that she bought a land for 4 lakh rupees with her savings. Would she still be eligible to recieve Zakat funds?

ہم ایک خاتون کو کافی عرصے سے زکٰوۃ دیا کرتے تھے، ابھی ہمیں معلوم ہوا ہے کہ انہوں نے چار لاکھ روپے میں ایک زمین کا ٹکڑا خریدا ہے گھر بنانے کی نیت سے، یہ زمین کا ٹکڑا انہوں نے یقیناً اپنی بچت میں سے خریدا ہے، تو کیا وہ اس کے باوجود بھی زکوٰۃ کی مستحق رہیں گی، کیونکہ بظاہر وہ فقیر اور مسکین ہیں اور ان کی ضروریات زندگی پوری نہیں ہوتی ہیں، براہ کرم فقیر اور مسکین کی تعریف فرما دیجئے؟

2. I have partnered and invested in a property dealership business with a party and made a contract to split profits half and half wherein all the buying & selling dealings will be done by the party. Is it permissible in the eyes of Shariah to invest in such business where one party does all the work and other just benefit from the profit itself?

میں نے اپنے ایک جاننے والے کے ساتھ پراپرٹی کے بزنس میں 50 فیصد کی شراکت پر کاروبار میں حصہ ڈالا ہے جبکہ تمام کاروبار کو میرا پارٹنر ہی دیکھتا ہے اور وہی خریدوفروخت کرتا ہے اور ساری محنت کرتا ہے لیکن منافع آدھا آدھا تقسیم کیا جاتا ہے، کیا شریعت کی نظر میں ایسا کاروبار جائز ہے؟

3. Many a times, schools do not refund students' admission fees if they leave school in middle of the year whereas it is a student's right to get this refund. School boards also hold functions and events in which they ask for entrance fees. Is it correct for a school board to not refund admission fees or impose event fees in the eyes of Shariah?

اکثر سکول والے داخلہ فیس واپس نہیں کرتے جبکہ بچہ وہ سکول دوران سال چھوڑ جائے، اسی طرح سکول والے جب کوئی تقریب منعقد کرتے ہیں تو اس میں داخلہ فیس لیتے ہیں، کیا سکول والوں کے لیے ایسا کرنا جائز ہے؟

4. Sayyidina Rasul-e-Akram صلي الله عليه و سلم told a method for increase in Rizq by advising one Sahabi رضى الله عنه to open his store by saying Salaam and reciting Surah Ikhlas. Is this narration correct?

کیا وہ حدیث درست ہے جس میں رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک صحابی رضی اللہ عنہم کو رزق میں برکت کے لیے اپنی دُکان صلاۃ و سلام اور سورۃ اخلاص پڑھ کر کھولنے کی تاکید کی؟

5. Many Ulemah Kiraam advise people to not go for Hajj or Umrah and they go for it by themselves. They reason it by saying that we have to lead the group or have to buy books during the trip. Is this correct to do so?

بہت سے علمائے کرام عام لوگوں کو زیادہ حج اور عمرہ کرنے سے منع کرتے ہیں لیکن خود اکثر حج اور عمرہ کرنے جاتے ہیں، اور وجہ یہ پیش کرتے ہیں کہ ہمیں مختلف گروپس کو لے جانا پڑتا ہے یا یہ کہ ہمیں کتابیں خریدنی ہوتی ہیں اس لیے جاتے ہیں، کیا ایسے علماء کا یہ عمل جائز ہے؟

6. Many organizations collect Qurbani funds and end up collecting more money than the original value of the sacrificial animals. What is the hukm حکم of this gained profit in the eyes of Shariah?

بہت سے ادارے قربانی کے جانوروں کی اصل قیمت سے زائد وصول کرتے ہیں، کیا شریعت کی نظر میں ایسے منافع حاصل کرنا جائز ہے؟

7. What is the ruling of breaking an engagement منگنی in Islam? Is it as same as nullifying a Nikah?

اسلام میں منگنی کے توڑنے کا کیا حکم ہے، اور کیا منگنی کا توڑنا نکاح کے توڑنے کے برابر ہے؟

8. In your first part of Jumuah khutbah, you recite a durood shareef in which Ummahat-ul-Momineen رضى الله عنهن and Ahle-Bayt-e-Kiraam رضى الله عنهم are mentioned separately. Aren't Ummahat-ul-Momineen رضى الله عنهن part of Ahle Bayt? If so, then why are they mentioned separately in this durood shareef?

آپ اپنے جمعہ کے خطبے کے پہلے حصے میں ایسا درود شریف پڑھتے ہیں جس میں اہل بیت اور ازواج مطہرات رضی اللہ عنھما کو الگ الگ بیان کیا گیا ہے، کیا ازواج مطہرات رضی اللہ عنھما اہل بیت کرام رضی اللہ عنہم میں شامل نہیں ہیں، اور اگر ہیں تو اس درود شریف میں ان کا ذکر الگ کیوں ہے؟

9. Is there any کراہت if an Imam during a Namaz recites one part of Surah in one Rakat and some other part of Surah in second Rakat?

امام نمازکی پہلی رکعت میں کسی بھی سورت کا کوئی حصہ پڑھے اور دوسری رکعت میں کسی اور سورت کا کوئی حصہ پڑھے تو کیا اس سے نماز میں خلل یا کراہت آتی ہے یا نہیں؟

10. What is the reality of غزوہ ہند Ghazwah Hind? Please give detailed account on it?

غزوہ ہند کی حقیقت کیا ہے، براہ کرم تفصیلی جواب سے مرحمت فرمائیں؟
