Introducing Syed Muhammad Sarim Gillani, Valedictorian for LUMS Convocation 2024!
Sarim's journey at LUMS is marked by extraordinary achievements. He represented Pakistan internationally, excelling during an exchange semester at Queen Mary University of London and leading his team to the runner-up position at the South Asian Economics Students' Meet. Additionally, he was honoured as the 'Hero of the Festival' at the World Youth Festival in Russia among 20,000 global participants.
As president of the LUMS Religious Society, he organised the inaugural LUMS Religious Festival and directed the acclaimed film ‘Al-Asr’. Sarim has been accepted to pursue his MPhil studies at the University of Cambridge, furthering his pursuit of excellence.
