What is Simplex Method?
Simplex method is based on graphical and algebraic expressions which is used to solve linear programming problem. The simplex method of linear programming also have some variations like it can by used in maximization and minimization problems of LPP.
I have recorded This tutorial simplex method in Hindi and Urdu for the students of Operations research of my BSCS, BSIT, BSCS and many other mathematical and applied math degree programs.
Simplex method solution of can be applied in Linear programming problems of maximization and minimization. There are seven steps and iterative method until the stopping rule.
We now are ready to begin studying the simplex method, a general procedure for solving linear programming problems. Developed by George Dantzig in 1947, it has proved to be a remarkably efficient method that is used routinely to solve huge problems.
Extensions and variations of the simplex method also are used to perform post-optimality analysis (including sensitivity analysis) on the model.
