Today we will start what are are digital and analogue quantities. How how a digital representation system can be used to represent an analogue and continuous signal. The concept of transducer is introduced which is used in analogue electronics systems to convert analogue and continuous signal into analogue volts are are current signal. There are two types of of electronic processing systems used for processing of analogue and digital quantities. Analogue electronics system is used to accept and process analogue and continuous signals. Digital electronic system is used to accept and process.
This is lecture number 1 for CS302 short lecture series the students of BSCS, BSIT, BSSE MIT and MCS of Virtual University and other universities.
