Congratulations to team England for winning the Eng vs Pak T20i series by 4-3 🎉

What a series of thrilling cricket it has been, the historic seven-match T20I series between the complete Pakistan and England squad has wrapped up in a bow. We were royally entertained throughout and witnessed some high-scoring affairs, low-scoring slugfests, lopsided results and a couple of nail-biting contests as well 💚🏏

It’s great to see the revival of cricket on our home grounds - with a housefull at stadiums in Karachi and Lahore. The unparalleled energy of fans throughout the series, not leaving a chance to cheer and celebrate their favourites. It was truly a tour to remember! 🏟️

Pakistan started the series with a defeat, but they made a brilliant comeback after that. England’s team performed brilliantly against Pakistan, winning the last match of the 7-match series by 67 runs. Looking forward to hosting England again in December for the Test series!

The series has been a good one for Babar, especially after the run in the Asia Cup 2022. The consistent superstars of Pakistan Muhammad Rizwan and Haris Rauf shined throughout the series, but a lack of intent and performance in the middle order is still a big matter of concern for Pakistan’s cricket fans. Shan Masood debuted for Pakistan to bat at number 4 and then played at number 3 but he also couldn’t go up to his potential. All eyes are on the World Cup though, as there’s very little time left to get ready for the mega event 🕒
