Description

It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar that a person came to the service of the Messenger of God, and said, O Messenger of God! How many times should I forgive the fault of my servant (slave or servant)? You did not answer him and remained silent. He then asked the same, how many times should I forgive my servant? He said seventy times every day. (Comprehensive Tirmidhi)

Interpretation
The purpose of the questioner was that Hazrat, if my slave or servant commits a sin repeatedly, how far should I forgive him, and how many times should I punish him after forgiving him? He replied: Even if he commits a sin seventy times a day, you should continue to forgive him. Prophet ﷺ meant that forgiveness of guilt is not something that should be set a limit, but the requirement of good manners and mercy is that if he commits guilt even seventy times a day, then he should be forgiven.
F. As has been written time and again, the number seventy is not meant for limitation on such occasions but only for multiplication, and this is especially clear in this hadith.
Maarif Hadith 267

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Hazrat Musa bin Imran, peace be upon him, said in the name of Allah, O Lord! Who among your servants is more honorable in your court? He said: Those servants who, after controlling (the culprit), forgive him (despite having the power to punish). (Sha'ab al-Iman for Bayhaqi)

Interpretation
It is important to note here that this virtue of forgiving the guilty is related to individuals and their personal and private rights and affairs, but the crimes are the crimes of Allah Almighty, and they are punished by Allah Almighty. The punishment is fixed, no one has the power to forgive that punishment. The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, who was the most merciful in the world, his behavior was also that he always forgave those who had wronged him. But the transgressors of Allah's limits were punished according to Allah's command. Maarif Hadith 266

It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Greed and miserliness and faith can never come together in one heart (meaning stinginess and miserliness and faith do not go together). (Sunan Feminine)

Interpretation
It means that there is such contradiction between the reality of faith and the habit of miserliness that a heart blessed with true faith cannot be miserly, and one who sees miserliness should understand that there is no light of faith in him. Everyone can understand this with a little thought. That after complete faith and belief in the nature and attributes of Allah Ta'ala, there can be no room for any trait like miserliness and miserliness in the heart. Maarif al-Hadith 263
