Abu Saeed Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I attended the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he was suffering from fever. He said: Messenger of Allah! You have a very strong fever! The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: This is the case with us, the trouble comes to us twice as hard, and the reward is also doubled. I said: Messenger of Allah! Which people suffer more? The Prophet ﷺ said: I said to the Prophets: Messenger of Allah! Then on which? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Then on the good people, some good people are made to suffer such a hardship that they have nothing but a robe which they keep wrapping around them, and some people are so happy with the trial. As much as one of you is happy to get wealth.
Sunan Ibn Majah 4024
It was narrated from Hazrat Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “A servant says, ‘My wealth is my wealth,’ even though what really belongs to him is only three things, one is what he consumes and spends. He gave, secondly that which he wears and wears out, and thirdly that which he gave in the way of God, and hoarded for his Hereafter, and whatever is left besides that, the servant is going to leave it for other people. , and himself is going to leave here one day. (Muslim)
Interpretation
It means that out of the wealth that a man earns and accumulates, he really only owns what he spends on himself here in the needs of food and clothing, or he gives it in the way of God to Allah Almighty for the sake of the hereafter. Collected, what is apart from Him is not really His. Rather, it belongs to the heirs to whom he is unwilling to leave it. Maarif Hadith 184
It was narrated on the authority of Mahmud bin Labaid that the Messenger of Allah, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: There are two things that a man dislikes (although they are of great benefit to him): First, he does not like death, even though death is for him. Because it is better than temptation, and secondly, He does not like lack of wealth and poverty, although lack of wealth will make the account of the Hereafter very short and light. (Musnad Ahmad)
Interpretation
The fact is that every person is afraid of death and poverty and poverty and wants to avoid them, although death is a great blessing in the sense that after death, a person is safe from the temptations of the world, and wealth. And lack of wealth is a great blessing in the sense that the indigent and destitute will have to give a very short reckoning in the Hereafter, and they will be freed from this difficult phase very quickly and easily. When a person is caught in the trouble of poverty and poverty, or the shock of the death of a loved one has reached him, then he can get great satisfaction and comfort from such sayings of the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.
