Description

It is narrated from Abu Huraira that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Most of the people of my Ummah will live between sixty and seventy years of age, and very few people will live beyond that.
Sunan Ibn Majah 4236

Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: If the son of Adam (man) had two valleys of wealth, he would wish for a third valley, nothing can fill his soul except soil. And Allah accepts the repentance of whom He wills. Sunan Ibn Majah 4235



Umm al-Mu'minin Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her) says: By Him (Allah) who took you (peace be upon him) (from this world)! When he died, he used to perform most of his prayers (Tahjud) while sitting. And the most beloved deed to you was the good deed that a person should do forever, even if it is small.

Explanation: 1: The work that is always done, even if it is a little daily, becomes a lot, and what is done a lot but not always remains a little. Sunan Ibn Majah 4237


Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Commit yourself to as much work as you have the strength for, because the best action is that which is continued, even if it is little. Sunan Ibn Majah 4240



Umm al-Mu'minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that there was a woman (sitting) with me. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to me and asked: Who is she? I said: This is such and such a woman, she does not sleep (continues to pray). The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: Wait! As much action is obligatory on you as you have the strength, by Allah! Allah does not get tired until you get tired yourself. Umm al-Mu'minin Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) says that the most favorite deed for the Prophet (peace be upon him) was that which a person always does with restraint.
