Description

Anas (ra) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Every religion has an ethic and the ethic of Islam is modesty. Sunan Ibn Majah 4181



Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: He who listens to wisdom while sitting in an assembly, and then speaks only bad things to his companion, is like a person going to a shepherd and saying: : O Shepherd! Give me one of your goats to slaughter, the shepherd will say: Go and take the ear of the best goat among them, so he should go and take the ear of the dog that watches over the goats.

Ayyad bin Hamar ra says that the Prophet sallallaahu 'alayhi wa sallam gave a sermon and said: Verily, Allah Almighty has revealed to me that you should adopt modesty and humility, so that no one is proud of anyone. Sunan Ibn Majah 4179



Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Allah says: Greatness is my cloak, and greatness is my cloak. I will put Sunan Ibn Majah 4175


Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: There are two blessings in which most people lose themselves: health and fitness and leisure.

Explanation: 1: That is, they do not value them and thus waste them. And when Allah Ta'ala bestows both blessings, he should quickly perform worship and gain knowledge, lest this time pass and he is caught in worry and illness, then nothing can be done.
