Description

Hazrat Abu Hurairah and Hazrat Abu Saeed Al-Khudri (R.A.) narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said, “When any sorrow, worry, sorrow, or grief reaches the Muslims, even a thorn pricks them, Allah removes their sins through it.” . (Bukhari and Muslim)
Mishkut al-Masabih 1514

Hazrat Abu Hurairah (R.A.) is the narrator that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Whoever Allah intends to do good to, he (to achieve this good) will be afflicted with trouble." (Bukhari)

Explanation:
Adversity refers to everything that the heart does not accept and like, so it is known from this hadith that adversity, whether it is in the form of suffering or illness or in the form of an accident or shock, is always the wrath and punishment of Allah. It does not come, but it also happens that the person on whom Allah wants to shade His grace and mercy, wants to put him on the path of good and goodness, then He causes him to suffer some trouble, which not only cleanses his sins. Instead, the hardness of the trouble cleanses his heart and mind and creates the ability to shine the light of goodness within himself. From this, it is known that if a person perseveres in suffering and remains contented, it will be a sign that this suffering has brought the pleasure and mercy of Allah to him. Yes, if a person abandons patience and self-discipline and starts fretting over a problem and becomes unhappy, it will clearly mean that this problem is not a mercy for him, but a divine punishment.
