Description

Hazrat Ali (RA) is the narrator that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) said. Hasten to spend in the way of Allah (i.e. give charity before death or illness, because giving charity does not increase one's call, i.e. spending in the way of Allah avoids call). (Razin)

Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) is the narrator that the Holy Prophet (SAW) said, "Should I tell you who is the worst person of respectable rank in the sight of Allah?" The Companions said, "Yes, O Messenger of Allah!" The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The person who is asked in the name of Allah and does not answer the question." (Ahmad)

Explanation:
This means that if a person asks a person in the name of Allah to give me something in the name of Allah, and yet that person does not give anything to the person asking him, then he is the worst of all people in the sight of Allah. Yes, if the questioner is not deserving or the person whom the questioner asked does not have more wealth than his own needs and the needs of his family and friends, then in case of not fulfilling the question of the questioner. Neither will he be a sinner, nor will he be reprehensible and sinful according to this hadith, when the questioner is entitled to his wealth, as well as if he has wealth that exceeds his needs.
