Description

Asmaa bint Yazid (R.A.) (Ibn Sakin) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) that he (ﷺ) said: On the Day of Resurrection, the people will be gathered in a spacious and level field, then an announcer will announce where those people are. Those whose sides were separated from the beds and sleeping quarters (on hearing this announcement) a few of the Ahl al-Mahshar (who will be among the people of Islam) will get up (i.e. come out of the congregation) and (from the stage of reckoning) pass) will go to Paradise without, then will be ordered to reckon with the rest of the people (this hadith has been quoted by Imam Bayhaqi in Sha`b al-Iman. Hazrat Abu Saeed Al-Khudri says that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was asked about the Day (the Day of Resurrection) which will be equal to fifty thousand years, what will be its length (that is, when that day is so long, what will happen to the people). (Will they be able to stand on that day to hear the reckoning and their judgment?) The Prophet (upon hearing this) said: By the One in Whose hand is my soul, that day will be made easy and light for the perfect Muslim. Even that day will become easier and lighter for the perfect Muslim than the time of the obligatory prayer which he used to pray in the world.

Explanation:
This hadith, like the first hadith, is good news for the believers that if they have perfect faith and their worldly life is full of righteous deeds, then they do not need to worry about the length and severity of the Day of Judgment. They will be under the shadow of endless mercies and that day will pass in their favor despite all the hardships and hardships as if they had performed an obligatory prayer.
