Description

Hazrat Abu Huraira (R.A.) is the narrator that the Prophet (PBUH) said, "If I did not know that this matter was difficult for my Ummah, I would have ordered the Muslims to pray the Isha prayer late and to wash their face before each prayer." (Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim)

Explanation:
It is mustahabb and a great virtue to pray the Isha prayer late and to brush one's teeth during every prayer. This hadith points to this direction. Thus, the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "If I had not been afraid that my ummah would be in trouble." If so, I would make it obligatory for all Muslims to pray Isha prayer late. Now what is the limit of delay? Apart from Hazrat Imam Shafi'i (R.A.), the general opinion is that it is mustahab to pray the Isha prayer until one third or half of the night. The second thing he (peace be upon him) is saying about maswak is that if there was no fear of hardship and difficulties in this matter, he would have announced that it is obligatory to make maswak during every prayer, i.e. during ablution of every prayer. But since you ﷺ are full of mercy and compassion towards the ummah, you did not give these things the status of duty. Therefore, they were only declared as mustahab that if a person does not follow them, there will be no impeachment and if a servant of Allah follows them, then it is a matter of happiness and good fortune for him. Will be. Mishkut al-Masabih 354

Hazrat Abu Saeed Al-Khudri (R.A.) narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said, “Two men should not go to defecate (at the same time) with their private parts open and talking, because Allah Ta’ala will usurp it.” Nose becomes. (Musnad Ahmad bin Hanbal, Abu Dawud and Ibn Majah)

Explanation:
It is forbidden for men and women to sit for defecation in such a way that they see each other's private parts. Similarly, it is abominable to talk to each other in such a state.
