Indeed, I was one of the wrongdoers.) A Muslim who asks Allah for something through this supplication, Allah will answer his question. (Ahmad, Tirmidhi)

Description:
The story of Prophet Jonah (pbuh) is briefly that Allah sent him to the people of Nineveh to guide him. He invited them to faith which they rejected and refused to believe. Refused So Allah sent a revelation to Jonah (pbuh) telling him to warn his people that after three days the torment will come upon him. A black cloud appeared at the appointed place and as it approached, it came to a halt on the city and a kind of smoke started coming out of it. When the townspeople saw that the torment was about to come, they all took their wives, their children, and their animals, and went out into the forest, and there separated the men and the children of the animals from their mothers, and wept with their voices. Raise your head and believe in repentance from your disbelief and sins, and cry out: Lahi hain la ilaha illa Anta (O living since there was no god but You). It was imposed on them. After some time, Hazrat Yunus (as) came to this city to see what happened to this city and its people. He saw from a distance that the city is inhabited as it was before and the people of the city are alive and well. They were ashamed to see that I had told them that after three days the torment would come upon you, but there is no sign of the torment. given. However, thinking that it was not appropriate to go to the city in such a case, they returned from there and reached the river so that the boat was ready to cross. They boarded the boat. As soon as he sat down, it felt as if the boat was stuck in its place. A lot of effort was made but the boat did not move. The sailors said that it appeared that there was a slave in the boat who had run away from his master and that is why the boat was not sailing. I got the name of Hazrat Yunus (PBUH). Hazrat Yunus (PBUH) said that I am indeed a runaway slave. Then he himself jumped into the river and a fish swallowed him by the command of Allah. Allah commanded the fish to keep them safe in their bellies so that Hazrat Yunus (pbuh) remained in the belly of the fish and the fish kept floating for them in the Nile River, the Persian River, the Tigris River and Hazrat Yunus (PBUH) in the Divine Court. Keep reciting this verse (La ilaha illa Anta Subhanak Ani Kant min Zalmeen). (O Allah, You are the Sovereign and Absolute God. Glory be to You! I have wronged myself and left my people without Your permission.) So the Almighty accepted their prayer and commanded the fish to On the shores of Naseeban, which is a city of Syria, take it out of your stomach.
