Description

Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) that (sometimes it happens) that a man or a woman lives a life of obedience to Allah for 60 years. Hell is obligatory for those who cause harm (because of this oppression and deprivation of the rightful servants). (Musnad Ahmad, Jami Tirmidhi, Sunan Abi Dawood, Sunan Ibn Majah)

Description
This means that if there is a person who has a shar'i heir who will be entitled to his inheritance after his death according to the law prescribed by Allah, then this person will deprive him due to some resentment etc. If he bequeaths a will to a non-believer or for a special expense or if someone else makes such a plan to deprive the heir of it, then it (according to this hadith) is such a great sin and such an injustice that because of it Sixty years of obedience is ruined and man deserves the punishment of hell. From the above hadith of Hazrat Saad bin Abi Waqas it is known that every person is allowed to make a will about one third of his wealth but it is a condition of good intentions. The intention to harm the heirs and the rightful heirs is, after all, sin and cruelty.
