Description

It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abdullah bin Anees that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: And disobedience to parents. And knowingly swearing falsely. And whoever swears in the court and swears in it like the feathers of a mosquito (ie adds an atom's weight of falsehood or treachery) then (by Allah Almighty) a stain will be made in his heart till the Day of Resurrection. Is. (That is, its calamity will appear on the Day of Resurrection). (Jami 'al-Tirmidhi) Ma'arif al-Hadith 1862



It is narrated on the authority of Abu Imam that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever swears falsely and infringes upon the rights of a Muslim And Paradise is forbidden. A man asked, “O Messenger of Allah, even if that thing is very trivial and small (will it still be the same punishment?”).

Description
This means that if a person swears falsely in court and acquires even the most trivial and worthless thing of another servant, then he has committed such a great sin for which he will have to suffer the torment of Hell and the righteous believers. Will be deprived of heaven
The hadeeth states: It is as haraam to get it by swearing falsely as it is to get something from a Muslim. The clearest proof of this is the verse of the Holy Qur'an which was quoted by the Holy Prophet himself (in a hadith which has already been recorded) in connection with a false kind of punishment. یعنی "إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يَشْتَرُونَ بِعَهْدِ اللَّـهِ وَأَيْمَانِهِمْ ثَمَنًا قَلِيلًا أُولَـٰئِكَ لَا خَلَاقَ لَهُمْ فِي الْآخِرَةِ وَلَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّـهُ وَلَا يَنظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ" (آل عمران 77) معارف الحدیث 1860
