Description

It is narrated on the authority of Nu'man ibn Bashir that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: What is lawful is clear and clear and what is unlawful is also clear and clear. Many people do not know the command, but whoever avoids the doubtful things (with caution) will save his religion and his honor and will remain spotless. And whoever falls into doubtful things and is afflicted, he (God forbid) will fall within the limits of haraam. Like a shepherd who grazes his animals in the vicinity of a protected public area, there is a real danger that the animal may enter the protected public area and graze (which is a punishable offense) and should know that Every king and ruler has a guardian (safe area) of his mahrams (mahrams) (man should not even go near him ie avoid suspicious things) and beware! There is an embryo (a piece of flesh) in the human body (whose glory is this) that if it is right (ie the light of faith in God and fear of Him) then the whole body is fine (ie its deeds) And if his condition is bad then his whole body is also bad (ie his deeds and condition are bad). Be aware that piece of meat is the heart. (Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim) )

Description
In the whole collection of hadiths, there are some hadiths which have been considered very important and principled by the scholars and jurists of the ummah. Among them is the hadith narrated by Hazrat Nu'man bin Bashir. It has been said that the matter of things which have been explicitly declared halal or haraam in Shari'ah is clear and clear, but there are many other things and matters which are permissible or unlawful without any clear evidence. It will not be possible to know from, but there will be scope for both opinions, for example, in the light of one principle of Shari'ah they can be declared permissible and in the light of another principle it can be declared illegitimate. The practice should be to avoid them as a precaution and piety. This is the protection of religion and honor. He further said that ..... "If a person does not take care to avoid such suspicious things, he will become accustomed to carelessness and will also commit mahrams". Explaining this with an example, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said that for example, a shepherd would move his animals near the government protected area and on the very border where grazing animals is a crime for the people. At some point the animals begin to enter the precincts of this protected area, so just as it is necessary for the shepherd to keep his animals away from the government area and not to allow them to go near it, so the believer should be suspicious. He should also avoid things and suspicious matters so that he will always be safe from mahrams and sins. This is the place of piety.
In the end, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said a very important thing: “The deterioration and improvement of human existence.” There will be fear of knowledge of God and light of faith in it, then the whole physical existence of man will be right and his deeds and conditions will be right and righteous and if there will be corruption in the heart and animal and devilish emotions If he dominates, then his physical existence will be corrupt and wrong, and his deeds and circumstances will be evil and animalistic.
In this hadith, the heart refers to the inner feeling of a person which tends towards good or evil. It is called Madhaga (a piece of flesh) because in the chest of man, on the left side, there is a special cypress-shaped organ and the fetal flesh, which is called heart and heart, is the special place of this inner sense Is the throne of
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in this hadeeth first emphasized on avoiding and abstaining from suspicions in addition to mahrams, which is the basic condition of piety. Mischief depends on the counsel of the heart. Blessed are the servants who understand the importance of heart and mind and care more about their heart and mind than form and appearance. This is the distinction of the Sufis and they have understood the importance of this guidance of the Holy Prophet. May Allah Almighty not deprive us of their blessings. Some commentators have also understood from the sequence of articles of this hadith that in order to purify and purify the heart, it is necessary for a person to abstain from suspicious things besides food and drink.
