ISLAMIC URDU PAKISTAN
It is narrated on the authority of Mu'adh ibn Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that he asked the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) what are the high points of faith? The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Your love (for someone) is for Allaah and your hatred and enmity are for Allaah. ! What else are there? He said, "Choose for others what you like for yourself." And what you dislike for yourself, dislike for others. (Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal) Mushkoot al-Masabih 44
Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (RA) says that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: When the adulterer commits adultery, his faith is gone, and when the drunkard drinks, his faith is gone, and he snatches it away, and people see him snatching it (openly). (But they become helpless due to fear and terror and do nothing but ruin it.) Then his faith will not remain, so beware (of these sins). (Sahih Al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim) and in the narration of Abdullah Ibn Abbas there are also these words: When a murderer kills unjustly, his faith is gone. Ikrima says that I asked Hazrat Abdullah Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) (after hearing this hadith) how faith is separated from him, so he said thus (saying this) he took the fingers of both his hands. They inserted their fingers into each other and then separated their fingers from each other. Then they said: If he repents then faith comes back in this way and this (saying) they put their fingers in each other again. Also, Abu Abdullah (ie Abdullah bin Isma'il Bukhari) has said that (this hadith means that) the person who commits sin does not remain a perfect believer and the light of faith emanates from him (Bukhari).
