Description

The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "By Allah, he is not a believer. By Allah, he is not a believer. By Allah, he is not a believer." It was said: O Messenger of Allah! Who is not a believer? He said, "The man whose neighbors are afraid of his mischief and calamities." (Heater)

Description
That is to say, treat your neighbors with such kindness and kindness that they may have complete satisfaction with us, and that there may be no fear of injustice or mischief on our part in their hearts. This is one of the conditions and requirements of faith. Without faith it is as if it is null and void.
In another hadith:
وَاَحْسِنْ لَِلَى جَارِكَ تَكُنْ مُؤْمِنًا (Musnad Ahmad, Tirmidhi)
Be kind to your neighbor, then you are believers.
It is narrated in another hadith:
مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَاليَوْمِ الآخِرِ فَلاَ يُؤْذِي جَارَهُ (Bukhari and Muslim)
He who believes in Allah and the Last Day (and therefore seeks Allah's pleasure and prosperity in the Hereafter) should not bother his neighbors.

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: (Abu Dawud, Darmi)

Description
This means that perfect faith depends on good morals, so the higher one is in morals, the more perfect his faith will be, or to put it another way, good morals are the necessary result and fruit of perfect faith, therefore The more perfect the faith of a person, the higher his morals will be. It is not possible for a person to have the truth of faith, but his morals are not good.
