Description

It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: Whoever sits down and does not remember Allah in this sitting, then this sitting will be a cause of great sorrow and loss for him, and similarly whoever says Lying down and not remembering Allah in it, then lying down will be a cause of great regret and loss for him. (Sunan Abi Dawood) Ma'arif Hadith 1061


It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abdullah bin Basr that a man in the service of the Messenger of Allah (saw) said: I'll do it all, so tell me something I can hold fast to and stick to (and that's enough for me). Please tell, whats the story of them big puppys ........... The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: (Just take care of it and make it a habit that) your tongue should be wet with the remembrance of Allaah. (Jami 'al-Tirmidhi)

Description
This means that for your well-being and success, it is enough to keep your tongue moist with the remembrance of Allah.
