Olives have an extraordinary ability to protect against various diseases including joint and muscle pain, respiratory diseases, cholesterol problems, blood pressure, kidney diseases, obesity and stroke.

Milk
Milk has been the favorite food of the Holy Prophet. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) liked milk very much. He often used cow's and goat's milk.

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: There is nothing that serves both food and drink, except milk.

Honey
The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) liked honey very much. And used it a lot. It is narrated from Hazrat Ayesha (may Allah be pleased with her) that he used to like honey. The healing of honey is also mentioned in the Qur'an and it has been described as a cure for every disease except death.

Benefits
Regarding honey, it is said that it is useful in many diseases. And its use protects the body from diseases. Despite all efforts, no alternative to honey has been found so far. One of the benefits of honey is that its juice has a quick effect and is a natural antibiotic. It enters the bloodstream as soon as it comes down the throat. There is food and medicine for everyone from a newborn baby to a life bulb patient.

Pumpkin
Hazrat Akram loved pumpkins in vegetables. It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (RA) that he was offered barley bread and pumpkin meat broth in a feast. I saw the Holy Prophet (PBUH) looking for pumpkins from the edge of the bowl and eating I always liked pumpkins after that day.



Benefits
Pumpkin is a vegetable, which is delicious in taste and effective in improving digestion, health and mental abilities. Pumpkin is a fun vegetable for heart, liver and nerves.



Vinegar
Our beloved Prophet also liked vinegar very much. He not only ate vinegar but also praised it.

In the hadith, the Holy Prophet (sws) has said that vinegar is also the best curry.

Hazrat Umm Hani (RA) says that the Holy Prophet (PBUH) came to my house and said: Do you have anything to eat? I said, 'Nothing but dried bread and vinegar.'


Benefits
The use of vinegar is beneficial in correcting diabetes and blood glucose levels. The use of vinegar in food increases the feeling that one is no longer hungry ie one eats less and thus the digestive system is better.



Meat
Meat was the food of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Meat is the chief food of all places, both in this world and in Paradise.
Hazrat Akram ate broth and roasted meat with gusto. Hazrat Abi Hurayrah (RA) says that goat meat came from somewhere in the service of Holy Prophet (SAW). Out of this hand meat was offered in Khidmat Aqdas. He cut it with his teeth and ate it.



Benefits
Meat is considered to be very useful for human health and energy. It contains important ingredients for the body's strength and energy.

FIG
Figs are also one of the favorite foods of Hazrat Muhammad. Hazrat Muhammad said that figs are the fruit of paradise.

The fig fruit prevents aging, that is, eating this fruit does not speed up aging, it weakens

And for those who are lean, it is a blessing in disguise. Medical experts say that eating figs daily can help control obesity.
Figs contain protein, minerals, sugars, calcium, and phosphorus. Both figs, dried and moist, are rich in vitamins A and C. Vitamins B and D are in small amounts. Due to these ingredients, figs are a useful food medicine.

Its use strengthens bones. It contains ingredients such as steel, calcium and phosphorus. Experts say that one fig meets 2% of the human body's need for iron.

One of the blessings of Allah is the blessing of grapes, which is a very delicious and incomparably invigorating fruit, it is considered as an untouched and attractive fruit in terms of providing health and energy and happiness and expansion.
