Description

It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said:
Musnad Ahmad 9559

Hazrat Abu Ayyub Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) says that a man came to the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and asked him to give me some eloquent and brief advice. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Perform the last prayer with understanding and do not say such a thing that you will have to apologize tomorrow, and become completely hopeless (and rich) with what people have. Musnad Ahmad 9584

۔ It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to some people sitting and said: Shall I not tell you who are the best of you? People remained silent. He (AS) repeated the same sentence three times. Finally, a servant said: Why not, O Messenger of Allah! The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The best of you is the one whose good is hoped for and the worst of you is the one whose good is not hoped for and whose evil does not bring peace. Musnad Ahmad 9561
