Abu Saeed Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that a man said to the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him): What do you think about the diseases that afflict us? He (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: These are going to be the expiation for sins. My father said: Although the disease is minor? He (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Even if it is a thorn or something bigger. Upon hearing this, my father prayed for him that the fever should not be separated from him till his death, but that fever should not distract him from Hajj, Umrah, Jihad for the sake of Allah and obligatory prayers in congregation. After that the man who touched my father got feverish fever till he died. Musnad Ahmad 9372


The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The Muslim who kept the child who was orphaned by both Muslim parents with him in his food and drink, until Allaah enriched the orphan for him. Paradise will definitely become obligatory. Whoever frees a Muslim slave will be freed from the fire. Take it away
