It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) was asked which deed is better? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Bring happiness to your believing brother or pay off his debt or feed him. The correct series 3651
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Allah Almighty keeps testing him with something that he dislikes, even bringing him to this level. The correct series 3652.
It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man said to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): Which believer is better? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: The one with good morals. The man said: Which believer is wise? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: He who remembers death very much. And prepares for it in a good way, these are the people who are wise. The correct series 3239.
