Description

It is narrated on the authority of Hazrat Sahl bin Abi Hathma that he said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) say on the pulpit: Avoid the seven major sins. He said: Will you not ask me about them? To associate partners with Allah, to kill someone, to run away from competition, to eat the property of an orphan, to eat usury, to slander a chaste woman, and to return after emigrating.

It is narrated from Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him): When Allah Almighty intends good to a servant, He punishes him in this world. And when Allaah intends evil to a slave, He restrains him from his sin until He punishes him in full on the Day of Resurrection.


It was narrated on the authority of Aqaba bin Aamir (may Allah be pleased with him): Then he recited the following verse:﴿ الانعام: ۴۴﴾ That they were met, they landed well, we caught them suddenly, then they were completely disappointed.
