The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: In such a time (ie at the time of death) when fear and hope accumulate in the heart of a servant, Allaah gives him what he hopes for and frightens him of what he fears. It is narrated from Hazrat Aswad bin Sari 'that four people will present evidence on the Day of Resurrection. The deaf man who does not listen, the foolish man, the crazy ignorant man and that man died in the interval between the jurors. The deaf man will say: O my Lord, Islam has come to me but I could not hear anything. The idiot will say: Islam has come and the children used to kill me. The madman will say: Islam has come but I did not understand anything. And that person who died in between the arrival of the messengers will say: O my Lord! Your Messenger has not come to me except to make a solemn promise to the people and they would follow him. Allah will send an angel to them that Enter the fire The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: I swear by the One in Whose hand is my soul that if they enter the fire then the fire will become cool and safe for them.
