Half Cup of Ghee [3 – 4 tbsp. Clarified Butter]
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 tsp. Chicken Powder or Chicken Cube
1 tsp. Coriander Powder
1 tsp. Salt or to Taste
1 tsp. Chili Flakes
2 Pinch Turmeric
Half tsp. Cumin Seeds
5 – 6 Green Chilies
Hand Full of Coriander
2 Garlic Cloves
Half inch of Ginger Finely Cut
