Basir Mahmood’s 12 films are being screened at an exhibition ‘I watch you do’ in an art gallery in Brussels. The exhibition will continue for two more weeks. “This is my biggest effort ever as I am showcasing my works spanning over last ten years of my life,” Basir told Geo News. “I have put experiences I gathered from Brazil, Japan, Germany, and Turkey, at a single place.” My work details about the surrounding, he said. If I am in Brazil, my work will reflect the Brazil atmosphere and if I’m standing in Lahore’s Lunda Bazar, I’ll film about Lunda Bazar, he pointed out.
