PTI leader Aleem Khan to be presented before accountability court today
LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former senior Punjab minister Aleem Khan, who was arrested a day earlier for owning assets beyond his known sources of income, will be presented before an accountability court today (Thursday).

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had summoned the PTI leader on Wednesday in an ongoing probe against him for owning assets beyond known sources of income and offshore companies.

NAB had taken Aleem into custody when he appeared at the accountability watchdog's office in Lahore.

Following his arrest, Aleem resigned from the post of Punjab local government minister and sent his resignation to the provincial chief minister.
