Medical report of former President Pervez Musharraf was presented before the anti-terrorism court in Islamabad on Monday. The court heard the judges' detention case Monday and accepted his plea for personal exemption of appearance for today's hearing. The case was heard by ATC Judge Atiqur Rahman, during which Musharraf's guarantors Rashid and Mushtaq appeared in the court. Musharraf's lawyer Ilyas Siddiqi submitted medical report, praying to give exemption to his client on medical grounds. The court, granting exemption from today's appearance, ordered Pervez Musharraf to appear on Feb 10, after which the hearing was adjourned till 10th of next month.
