However, with the digital revolution, the canvas has expanded into an infinite realm of possibilities powered by code, algorithms, and artificial intelligence. This paper examines the evolution from traditional to digital art, emphasizing how code has become the new brush in the hands of artists. It explores key milestones in the digital revolution, such as the advent of generative art, the rise of NFTs (non-fungible tokens), and the role of artificial intelligence in augmenting human creativity. It concludes by analysing the implications of this shift for the future of art, questioning whether the essence of creativity itself is being redefined.
