Abstract

Genetic Analyses of Lipodystrophies
We are interested in recruiting cases of familial lipodystrophies; congenital generalized lipodystrophy (Berardinelli-Seip syndrome), or familial partial lipodystrophy (Dunnigan or Kobberling varieties) that have autosomal recessive or dominant pattern of inheritance. Genetic linkage studies are currently underway in our laboratory and more families are needed to complete the search for genes responsible for these disorders. Please correspond directly with:
