Post delivery service for GDM mothers and their children consist of follow-up of women as per their OGTT and follow-up of their babies.

A. Test with OGTT For All GDM

1. Abnormal OGTT: Those found to have abnormal/Diagnostic test result should undergo "Diabetes Care Service" (Population A3, IGT/IFG/DM).
2. Normal OGTT: Those found to have normal test result will undergo "Awareness and Primary Prevention Programme" (Population A4).

B. Registration & Test for Baby of All GDM mother: Birth weight + hypoglycemia.
