Abstract

Presentation of Scientific Approach in Modern Urdu Ghazal
When some prominent ghazal-writer molds an individual attitude of any genus with specific distinction into the form of ghazal, afterwards the same attitude getting recognition becomes a general tendency, In the history of ghazal such thematic attitudes as they represent formally tendency-making traditions, they ever have been the centre of specific attention of the society. In modern Urdu ghazal, the tradition to include scientific themes emerged as an explicit reference of precious asset of Urdu ghazal after emergence of Pakistan. Nature and contents, in both of forms, newness of the scientific attitude and its immensity, introduced the genus of ghazal to new features of creative possibilities. Those poets who anticipated scientific themes on the basis of their personal experience have been concentrated in the thesis being dealt with.
