Hanken is a peer reviewed, openly accessed academic journal published by department of Balochi, University of Balochistan Saryab Road Quetta-Pakistan. Hanken is bilingual journal which publishes article in both Balochi and English language. Hanken publishes once in a year. Hanken focuses on publication of original research papers on all aspects of Balochi Language, literature, linguistics, Balochi costumes (traditions & folk wisdoms) Balochiology and national and international aspects related to Balochistan, Baloch, Balochi literature and language. Hanken is first recognized Balochi journal which gains a foothold in Pakistan, Asia and opens to the world. It aims to promote the integration of culture, languages, literature and linguistics. Submitted papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Journal. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished results, experimental or theoretical work and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the journal should meet the criteria of Hanken and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subjected to both review and editing. Hanken was first published in 2009, till that it is publishing in both Print and online Version. It is registered with ISSN 2070-5573 (print), ISSN 2710-4850x(online).
