International Conference on Recent Trends in Biological Sciences (RTB- 2023) was successfully held on January 10, 2023 by World Forum by Young Scientists (WFYS) in collaboration with Faculty of Pharmacy, Gazi University, Turkiye in online platform. Many international invited speakers presented a high quality of topics relevant to Biological sciences to young researchers. It has provided a multidisciplinary point of views for the young to plan their future research and also led a way for them to establish new collaborations.I am happy to be part of RTB-2023 as one of the organizers. I really hope that next version of I
RTB would be organized and looking forward to it.
would like to thank all participants, speakers, and organizing team for
2023 series of this wonderful conference event.
To present a collection of abstracts from the International Conference on Recent Trends in Biological Sciences (RTB-2023), covering various topics in biological sciences, and to facilitate multidisciplinary perspectives for young researchers.
The document is a compilation of abstracts from presented research at the RTB-2023 conference. The abstracts themselves describe various research methodologies, including clinical observations, laboratory experiments, molecular analysis, and bioprofiling.

The collection of abstracts highlights the diverse research being conducted in biological sciences, with a particular focus on health, environmental impacts, and the potential of natural products. The conference aimed to foster collaboration and provide a platform for young researchers to share their findings and gain insights into future research directions.
The abstracts cover a wide range of biological science topics, including:
- Risk factors in obstetrics and gynecology (placenta previa, uterine myoma, genital herpes, bacterial vaginosis).
- Gerontology and biological age.
- Toxicology and effects of pesticides (atrazine, malathion) on aquatic life.
- Applications of halophilic bacteria and plant extracts.
- Molecular analysis of genetic disorders (microcephaly) and infectious diseases (Hepatitis C).
- Health impacts of COVID-19 on healthcare workers.
- Potential therapeutic properties of natural compounds (coumarins, oxyprenylated phenylpropanoids).
- Use of plant growth-promoting rhizomicrobiome for crop productivity.
The RTB-2023 conference, as represented by this book of abstracts, successfully brought together researchers to discuss recent trends in biological sciences. The presented work underscores the complexity and interconnectedness of various biological systems and the ongoing efforts to address health challenges, environmental concerns, and agricultural productivity through scientific research.
