Abstract

The purpose of Islamic punishments in Islam is to create peace, stability and moderation in society. The purpose of establishing these boundaries is also that people should avoid crimes by learning a lesson. Islamic jurists have described these limits in detail. He has not left His creative astray without aim or mission. Rather, He conferred on Sharia (complete code of life). Man, sometimes, becomes a slave, victim of his self, Allah Almighty has fixed limitations for him to maintain balance in the earth so that peace, love and order may establish in earth. These trials and tribulations are blessings in a way for mankind.


Research Objective

To explore the purpose of Islamic punishments in Islam, which is to create peace, stability, and moderation in society, and to understand how Islamic jurists have detailed these boundaries to guide individuals away from crime.
