Abstract

The regression equations were estimated to determine the cell number and chlorophyll-a content. First, the growth curves were formed and then the regression equations were estimated for T. chuii and C. vulgaris. T. chuii was cultured at different temperatures and both T. chuii and C. vulgaris were cultured at different illumination levels.
