Abstract

Through comprehensive evaluation and classification of sustainable
development capacity of coal districts, it has been found that districts rich
in coal resource achieves no prosperity owing to rich resources but experience
degradation of ecological environment, the so called 147resource
curse148. The research has confirmed
this phenomenon and proposed advices and countermeasures.
