Abstract

Customer satisfaction is an important guarantee for the survival and development of hospital in the medical market competition. Health services consumer satisfaction research is an important issue to improve medical service quality and the level of hospital management. This study reconstructed Chinese Medical Services Customer Satisfaction Index Model on the basis of Customer Satisfaction Index Model at home and abroad and used the resistant cross-section data model to estimate the customer satisfaction in various regions in China in 2012.
