Abstract

An electromechanical residential water flow meter was built, with IOT functions for reporting and control of consumption by the user, the system works with long-life rechargeable batteries. Reporting its consumption in real time to a non-relational database, a web application was also developed for monitoring and configuration. The system is configurable so that it can consult periodic reports and can suspend the flow of water if the user requires it.
