This study describes how the companions of Prophet Muhammad SAW deduced various aspects from Hadiths. Undoubtedly, the istinbat (deduction) is an important issue in the Islamic Shariah. It would not be wrong if we said that the deduction of a matter is the backbone of Sha'ariah because many problems are just described but their solutions are not provided, and we can get the results of those problems by using the deduction method. And the Prophet Muhammad SAW's companions were eagerly described as attempting to deduce the Fiqhi Problem from the Prophet Muhammad SAW's Sayings. They were very careful during this deduction procedure to deduce the problems that were not available in the elaborated evidence. Famous Companion Hazrat Abu Bakr (R.A.) had been discussing these issues with other companions in order to get their feedback, and Hazrat Umer (R.A.) was doing the same. I have discussed in this research paper the methodology of deducing of the companions from the hadiths of the Prophet (PBUH). In Banu Qurayzah, the order of Asr prayer, Idda of widows and some other texts have been discussed as examples.
To describe and analyze the methodology used by the companions of Prophet Muhammad SAW in deducing various aspects from Hadiths, particularly for issues not explicitly detailed in the evidence.

The study highlights that istinbat is the backbone of Islamic Shariah, enabling the derivation of solutions for problems where direct rulings are not provided. The companions' rigorous approach to deduction, exemplified by their carefulness and consultation, underscores its importance in Islamic jurisprudence.
The companions of Prophet Muhammad SAW actively engaged in istinbat (deduction) from Hadiths to address Fiqhi problems not explicitly stated in the evidence. This process involved careful consideration, consultation with other companions (e.g., Hazrat Abu Bakr and Hazrat Umar), and was a crucial method for deriving rulings in Islamic Shariah.
The companions of Prophet Muhammad SAW employed a systematic and consultative methodology for deducing rulings from Hadiths, which is fundamental to the development and application of Islamic Shariah.
